UK First Class via Royal Mail shipping time 2-3 business days to UK for £3.60 inc VAT and packaging.
EU Royal Mail International standard shipping time 3-5 business days £4.60 inc VAT and packaging.
USA Royal Mail International Track and Sign shipping time 5-7 business days £9.60 inc. VAT and packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges?
You may return your item as long as you contact me within 7 days of receipt. Item must be in same condition as received, unworn and unused. Please inform me by email before sending item. You can receive an exchange or a refund. Once I have the item I will refund the amount minus shipping charges.
Washing instructions?
Washing Instruction without 3D paint
Easy to wash on 30 degrees and iron over the image. Wash inside out to lengthen the life of the garment. Could be tumble dry.
Personalized designs with fabric paint
For personalised design the washing is slightly different as I use a durable 3D paint on fabric.
Wash on 30 degrees and dry on indoor clothes airier or outside on washing line. When dry you can turn the design inside out and iron over the fabric as paint is inside and adheres on.
